A Gainesville man is accused of molesting a girl, and his mother allegedly burned evidence of the crime, according to authorities. Pedro Ramiro Andres, 19, of Gainesville, was charged with child molestation. His mother Maria Andres Tomas, 42, of Gainesville, is charged with tampering with evidence.
