Authorities have caught the second suspect in a string of thefts from cars in South Hall last month.

Austin Tyler Edgeworth, 18, of Gillsville was arrested Monday in the 3600 block of Bob Bryant Road in East Hall. Six arrest warrants had been issued Nov. 16 for entering auto charges against him in connection with thefts between Oct. 25 and Oct. 27.

Hall County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Scott Ware said Edgeworth was the second person seen in home surveillance video.

The other, 18-year-old Justin Caleb Gibilisco of Buford, was arrested Nov. 1 on Bob Bryant Road. Gibilisco faces four charges of entering auto.

Ware previously said wallets, cash, credit cards and gift cards were stolen by the two suspects.

The surveillance video of the suspects was obtained in the Brentwood subdivision, where some of the alleged thefts took place.

Edgeworth and Gibilisco remain at the Hall County Jail.

“They went through the neighborhood checking all the cars to see what was unlocked and what they could steal,” the Sheriff’s Office wrote in a Facebook post at the time of Gibilisco’s arrest. “They managed to get by with a few, but they also unknowingly starred in some amateur video.”
