An argument on the docks of Aqualand Marina ended with a man suffering a broken hand from after being hit with a metal pipe, according to Hall County authorities. Michael Robert Chase, 46, was charged with aggravated battery and aggravated assault after an alleged fight with Clarence Robertson on Aug. 22 at Aqualand Marina in Flowery Branch. Larry Pierce, an acquaintance of Chase, said Chase had recently put his houseboat in a second party’s name to help move it over to a slip in Aqualand Marina.
