Familiar faces will be assuming new roles at the Hall County Courthouse. Superior Court judges announced Friday their appointment of prosecutor Lindsay Burton as the new juvenile judge for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit. Burton’s appointment by the four judges comes in the wake of juvenile Judge Mary Carden’s retirement in December.
