Sporting a boombox on her shoulder, Katie Dubnik kicked off a night of “Dancing for a Cause,” moving quickly to the sounds of MC Hammer’s “U Can’t Touch This.” Eleven local celebrities gathered Saturday night at the Gainesville Civic Center to raise money for five charities. After receiving 10 hours of instruction, the notable Hall County residents laced up their dancing shoes and partnered with professional dancers in a sold-out ballroom.
