Almost 2,000 calls to county law enforcement, EMS during icy weather

Public safety officials were busy while ice and snow gripped the area this week. Hall County 911 took 1,791 calls for service to law enforcement and 201 calls for the fire department and emergency medical services between Wednesday and Thursday.
