Once belts get a bit looser from Thanksgiving feasts, some shoppers start seeking bargains on Black Friday, and the people doing that at places such as the outlet mall in Dawsonville have drawn the attention of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. With large crowds rushing for the best deals, OSHA has issued guidelines and warnings for the holiday shopping season. OSHA sent letters to retailers on Nov. 12 asking for special consideration for crowd management on Black Friday.
