61 trucks of concrete poured at hospitals new Braselton location

Construction workers at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center’s new Braselton campus were busy at work in the early hours of Friday. Some 61 trucks were used to pump concrete into an area of 579 cubic yards, according to Kyle Dennis, field engineer with Turner Construction Co. It’s the largest concrete pour for the new hospital, according to spokeswoman Melissa Tymchuck.
