One person was airlifted with critical injuries after a two-car accident in South Hall this afternoon, officials said.

The Georgia State Patrol investigated the wreck, which happened at the intersection of Spout Springs Road and Capitola Farm Road about 4 p.m. Wednesday and tied up rush-hour traffic in the area.
