Three people were arrested in a Gainesville apartment Wednesday during the course of an investigation by Hall County drug enforcement officers.
Lt. Scott Ware of the Gainesville-Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad said all three suspects had previously been convicted on felony charges.
The MANS unit charged both Harold Gilbert, 36, of Gainesville, and Nikki Lasher Roulhac, 30, of Gainesville, with possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of hydrocodone with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Myron Joshua Dooley Jr., 55, of Gainesville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, possession of hydrocodone, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
After receiving a tip on possible drug activity at the location, Ware said the unit had enough probable cause to obtain a search warrant for the apartment at 1627 Lenox Park Place in Gainesville.
After executing the warrant around 4 p.m. Wednesday, agents located and confiscated quantities of cocaine, heroin, hydrocodone, methamphetamine and marijuana.
Ware said agents also seized packaging materials, digital scales, more than $7,000 and five loaded firearms, including four handguns and one shotgun.
The three suspects were booked at the Hall County Jail. Bail has been set at $15,000 for Roulhac and Gilbert.
Agents with the Gainesville-Hall County MANS unit and Gainesville Police Department Uniformed Patrol Division conducted the operation.
