Two men are being held in the Hall County Jail on charges of distributing $18,200 worth of methamphetamine, Hall County officials said. Multi Agency Narcotics Squad Lt. Scott Ware said Enrique Octavio Arteaga-Talamante, 36, and Felipe Perez-Casillas, 33, were caught in a Monday undercover sting. Both men were charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.
