Bobbie Parrott and Ryan Byers were united in marriage at noon Sept. 28, 2008, in the Secret Garden at Forrest Hills Resort in Dahlonega. The bride is the daughter of Lauri Parrott of Cleveland and the late Robert Parrott. The groom is the son of Debbie and Ron Rose of Miami and the late Ron Freeling.

The Rev. Barbara Roberts performed the ceremony. Harpist Elizabeth Bennett presented a program of wedding music. The bride arrived for the ceremony in a horse-drawn carriage.

The bride was presented in marriage by her brother Charles Parrott.

The groom wore cuff links and a tie tack that belonged to his father.

The bride's mother and brother gave a reception in the Secret Garden at Forest Hills Resort in Dahlonega following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple reside in Cleveland.
