Margaret Gillan Ludlow and Nathan Thomas Ritchie were united in marriage at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 25, 2015, at Little Gardens in Lawrenceville. The bride is the daughter of David Curtis and Theresa Marie Ludlow of Spotsylvania, Va. The groom is the son of Ryan Gordon Ritchie of Champaign, Ill., and Patricia Staniunas Ritchie of Yorktown, Va.

Pastor David Gilleland performed the ceremony. Acoustic guitarist Jeff Hilyer presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride’s best friend Danielle Ferguson of Richmond, Va., was maid of honor. The bride’s best friend and former college suitemate Jacquelyn Van Buskirk of Richmond, Va., was a bridesmaid.

The groom’s brother Bryn Ritchie of New Rochelle, N.Y., was the best man. Groomsmen were the groom’s friends Derek Van Buskirk of Richmond, Va., and Brad Ludwin of New Rochelle, N.Y. Ryan Durrance of Leesburg, Va., the son of the bride’s cousin, was the ring bearer.

Beverly Washington was the wedding coordinator. Photographers were Rick and Anna Gordon of Carrollton.

The bride wore cameo earrings from her great-grandmother Margaret Norton, and carried a handkerchief.

The groom’s mother and the bride’s parents gave a rehearsal dinner at the residence of the bride and groom in Flowery Branch on the eve of the wedding.

A reception was held at Little Gardens in Lawrenceville following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Rome, Italy, the couple will reside in Flowery Branch.
