Jennifer Ashely Herring and Daniel Earl Stonecypher were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 31, 2008, at Pine Crest Baptist Church in Gainesville. The bride is the daughter of Michael D. and Tammie M. Herring of Clermont. The groom is the son of Amanda Frady of Gainesville and Leland Stonecypher of Marietta.

The Rev. Parrish Myers performed the ceremony. Pianist Linda May presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her parents. The bride's cousin Amanda Turner of Flowery Branch was maid of honor.

The groom's friend Davis Miller of Gainesville was the best man.

Kathy Turner, Jessica Johnson, Melanie May, McKenzie May and Cindy Gulley assisted. Brittany Turner kept the bride's book.

The bride wore a necklace given to her by the groom and carried a napkin from her parent's wedding.

The bride's parents gave a reception in the fellowship hall of Pine Crest Baptist Church in Gainesville following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Charleston, S.C., the couple reside in Gainesville.
