Meah Jill Garrison and Donald Steven Kent were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Jan. 16, 2016, at The Chapel at Eagle Ranch in Flowery Branch. The bride is the daughter of John and Brenda Garrison of Gainesville. The groom is the son of Donald and Sandra Kent of Gainesville.

Minister Mark Garrison performed the ceremony. Harpist Elizabeth Bennett presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride’s friend Crystal Hillman of Honaker, Va., was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride’s sister-in-laws Kim Garrison of Flowery Branch and Tara Garrison of Gainesville, bride’s friend Juliana Dean of Cleveland, Ashley Miller of Buford, bride’s cousin Lydia Joffray of Tuscaloosa, Ala., groom’s cousin Amber Cunningham of Canton. The groom’s cousin Annabelle Jackson of Flowery Branch and groom’s friend’s daughter Emery Zalewski of Buford were the flower girls.

The groom’s son Ethan Kent of Jekyll Island was the best man. Groomsmen were the groom’s brother Paul Kent of Gainesville,  groom’s friends Justin Reed of Flowery Branch and Kevin Rundles of Villa Rica, bride’s nephew Jonathan Garrison of Flowery Branch, bride’s brother Micah Garrison of Gainesville and groom’s nephew Bryson Kent of Toccoa. The bride’s nephew Ryland Garrison of Flowery Branch was the ring bearer. Sign bearers were bride’s nephew Andrew Garrison of Gainesville and groom’s nephew Carson Kent of Gainesville.

Lydia Park was the wedding director. Trudy Buggeln read a poem during the ceremony. Alexis and Alyssa Millwood were greeters.

The groom’s parents gave a rehearsal dinner at The Lodge at Eagle Ranch on the eve of the wedding.

The bride’s parents gave a reception at The Lodge at Eagle Ranch following the ceremony. Saxaphonist Robert Morgan presented music at the reception.

The couple reside in Gainesville and will honeymoon later in the year.
