It's more than a beauty contest; the Miss Hall County/Flowery Branch Scholarship Pageant is a chance for young women across the county to have fun and raise scholarship money in the process.

Interested in learning more about it? There will be an informational meeting from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Spout Springs Branch of the Hall County Library, 6488 Spout Springs Road in Flowery Branch.
