SHEBOYGAN, Wis. — Having grown up in a family of 10 siblings, Ceil DePrey had plenty of opportunities to practice cooking. “It was exciting to cook for them because no matter what you made, someone would eat it,” DePrey said. “You also learn what people like and what they don’t like.”
