Britney Vickery and Ivy Hall, both residents of Habersham County, were bestowed Outstanding Georgia Citizen Awards on Jan. 17 during Initials, Inc. Leader Day at the Capitol. Presented by Secretary of State Brian Kemp with District 10 State Rep. Terry Rogers and District 28 State Rep.Dan Gasaway in attendance, Vickery and Hall were surprised and humbled with such a laudable honor.
