Tina Rice, a cosmetology diploma graduate from North Georgia Technical College’s Blairsville campus, recently was awarded a Lisa White Spiering Legacy Scholarship from The International Dermal Institute. The scholarship is granted to the most passionate, gifted newcomers to the world of professional skin care. The Legacy Scholarship Program was established in honor and memory of Lisa White Spiering, who was a highly inspirational and accomplished instructor at The International Dermal Institute.
