Emily Elder of Gainesville was named to Samford University’s 2013 Homecoming court as a representative. The court was presented at the homecoming ball and participated in the parade, football game halftime and other weekend festivities. Elder is an art major and the daughter of Mary Nicholes and Bill Elder of Gainesville.
