Dung Nguyen of Braselton recently was awarded a Fulbright scholarship. The Fulbright U.S. Student Program is a prestigious international exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government. It offers opportunities for students and young professionals to conduct research or teach English in more than 155 countries.
