Billy and Helen Powell of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Molly Elizabeth Powell to Clifford “Cliff” Nathaniel Martin, son of Ben and Courtney Martin of Gainesville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Carolyn Ruth Hope Robertson Lane, the late A. Perry Robertson, the late Frank Preston Lane, and Mary Jo Porter Powell of Gainesville, and the late Fred Allen Powell Sr. She is a 2003 graduate of North Hall High School in Gainesville. She graduated in 2009 from North Georgia College and State University in Dahlonega with a bachelor of science degree in health and physical education, with teacher certification.
