Tim and Regina Pass of Murrayville announce the engagement of their daughter Katelyn Michelle Pass to Philip Jeffrey Moore, son of Jeffrey and Myra Moore of Cumming. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Dwain and Alpha Bradford of Maysville, Carey Kelley of Beijing, China, the late Sue Kelley of Murrayville, and the late T.J. Pass of Buford. She is a 2010 graduate of Chestatee High School in Gainesville.
