Tim and Rita Outz of Dahlonega announce the engagement of their daughter Natalie Marie Outz to Wesley Jeremy Flanagan, son of Wesley and Marlene Flanagan of Cleveland.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Martha Embrick of Jefferson, Charles Pace of Toccoa and Rachel Outz of Dahlonega.

She is a 2003 graduate of Lumpkin County High School in Dahlonega. She graduated in 2008 from the University of Georgia in Athens with a bachelor's degree in English education. She is employed as a sixth-grade language arts teacher with Forsyth County Schools in Cumming.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Jo Jones of Cleveland, the late Claude Jones and the late Clifford and Lois Flanagan.

He is a 1998 graduate of White County High School in Cleveland. He is employed as a microbiological sample collector with the City of Gainesville.

The couple plan to wed June 2011 in Sautee.
