Matthew Zink and Margaret Morrison

Mr. and Mrs. William Jennings Hobbs of Clarkesville and Dr. Bill Morrison of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Miss Margaret Leathers Morrison to Mr. Matthew Wesley Zink, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Zink of Washington Court House, Ohio.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Dr. James Cohen "JC" Morrison Jr. of Gainesville, the late Mrs. Ruth Lumsden Morrison, and the late Mr. and Mrs. N.R. Leathers.

She is a 2001 graduate of Gainesville High School in Gainesville. She graduated in 2005 from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tenn., with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is employed as a sales account representative with M. Lee Smith Publishers in Nashville, Tenn.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Zink and Mrs. Christa Abbott, all of Hillsboro, Ohio.

He is a 2001 graduate of Miami Trace High School in Washington Court House, Ohio. He graduated in 2006 from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburg, Pa., with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. He is employed as a senior project director and sustainability director with Barry Brechak Architecture and Design, in Nashville, Tenn.

The couple plan to wed July 17, 2010, in Nashville, Tenn.
