The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bob and Ruth Hope of Dunwoody.
She is a 2008 graduate of Chestatee High School in Gainesville. She graduated in 2012 from Georgia State University in Atlanta with a bachelor of arts degree in religious studies. She is employed as a senior member success representative at Guild Quality in Atlanta.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Gene and Janet Barton of The Villages, Fla., and Evalyn Pierce of Alpharetta and the late Richard Pierce.
He is a 2005 graduate of Milton High School in Alpharetta. He graduated in 2009 from Georgia State University in Atlanta with a degree in computer information systems. He is employed as a professional business manager at AT&T in Atlanta.
