For the second time, McEver Road First United Methodist will host a Blues ’n‘ Barbecue Night to benefit the Lazarus Food Bank.
The event is set for 6 tonight and will feature live music from Aunt Esther, Mama Luja and Jellyroll.
The admission is free with a canned good at the door. There will be barbecue plates with a dessert bar available for $6.
The mission of the Blues ’n‘ Barbecue Night is to provide an alcohol-free and family friendly event with music to raise awareness of local hunger.
The event will be in Stewart Hall, McEver Road UMC, 3606 McEver Road, Oakwood.
