In celebration this Halloween of all things that go bump in the night (and, snarl and growl), we asked for photographs of your pets at their scariest.

Now, we know they are all sweet muffins most of the time. But, on occasion, you've witnessed something a bit out of character. Perhaps an errant hiss or a sudden snap. And you caught it on film (or, OK, in pixels).
