Group to share womens stories

Stories of women suffering atrocities will be shared through the nonverbal communication of dance.

Encounters of Hope will bring awareness to human trafficking through interpretive dance and a media presentation. The production will take viewers through the real-life stories of six women and children who have been trafficked in India.

Cheddah Dance company from In His Steps Performing Arts Center in Pensacola, Fla., will perform at 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday at the Brenau Downtown Center, 301 Main St. SW, in Gainesville.
