White County’s past will be on display June 12 at the Helen Arts & Heritage Council’s Second Tuesday History Event. The program begins at 5:30 p.m. with guest speaker Judy Lovell of the White County Historical Society discussing the society and the old courthouse on the square in Cleveland. The building, completed in 1858, was the hub of official county business until 1965.
