An all-star lineup of Georgia’s greatest musical artists gives a one-night-only performance paying tribute to Georgia music, including a special homage to Georgia’s own Otis Redding. The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra will present "Celebrating Georgia with Chuck Leavell and Friends" — a concert honoring Georgia’s musical legacy — at 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, in Atlanta Symphony Hall at the Woodruff Arts Center. Leavell, who has won a Grammy™ Lifetime Achievement Award for his work with the Allman Brothers Band and is a member of the Georgia Music Hall of Fame, will be joined by special guests Gregg Allman, Jimmy Hall, Robert McDuffie, Randall Bramblett Band, and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Jacomo Bairos.
