Habersham theater holds auditions for A Month of Sundays

Auditions for the Habersham Community Theatre production of "A Month of Sundays" are set for 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, and Monday, Feb. 6, at the theater just off the square in Clarkesville.

Performances for the play are set for April 13-15 and 19-21.

The story is about two elderly gentlemen who, in their declining years, decide to move into a senior citizens' home so they aren't a burden to their families. Together they face the challenges of getting older with humorous acceptance that ranges from the irascible and outrageous to the gentle.

Jack Molnar and Steve Grizzard will play the lead characters, Cooper and Aylott.

Auditions are for the roles of Nurse Wilson, Mrs. Baker, Julia and Peter. Nurse Wilson is in her mid-20s; Mrs. Baker can be 40-50 age range; Julia and Peter would be in their early 40s.
