It's going to be a busy weekend in Gainesville as the city's Parks and Recreations gets set to hold two big events in as many days. On Saturday, March 24, the department will holds its Bark in the Park competition at the Rock Creek Park Amphitheater. Visitors are encouraged to bring their canine friends out for a day of fun and contests to determine the top dog in several categories, including best smile, most wrinkles, most colors, oldest, best dressed, owner lookalike, best singer, best dancer, most athletic, worst breath, most hyper, cutest dog in all sizes, ugliest, best trick, most obedient, biggest and smallest dogs.
