As the new year begins, Quinlan Visual Arts Center is offering a new round of art classes to start next week. First up is Painting Inside and Out on four consecutive Wednesdays from Jan. 15 to Feb 5. The class will be from 10 a.m. to noon and cost $100 for members and $120 for nonmembers.
