As Gainesville students headed back to school Wednesday and Hall County students start Friday, little time is left for fun in the sun during week.

But that’s not going to stop the Frances Meadows Aquatic Center in Gainesville. The center is hosting its annual Splash Bash from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 12, at 1545 Community Way in Gainesville.

The evening will include food, fun for the family and entrance to the splash zone.

Tickets are $50 per family and include admission and a light dinner for the entire family. Proceeds will benefit Gateway Domestic Violence Center.
