For 11 consecutive days, Gainesville residents can climb aboard their favorite carnival rides during the annual Spring Carnival Fair. Today through Saturday, Modern Midways will set up shop at Lakeshore Mall, 150 Pearl Nix Parkway near the Shallowford entrance, in Gainesville. The midway will open at 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
