Fans and friends of famed artist John Kollock plan to remember the man who helped to create the theme and look of the Alpine Helen, literally. To remember the man, Jerry and Gayle Murdock are hosting a fundraiser for the Helen Arts & Heritage John Kollock Memorial Project on Saturday at their home in the Innsbruck Golf Club Community in Helen. Highlighting the event — which will feature a dinner, dessert bar, complimentary wines and art auction — will be a private concert by Hollywood entertainer James Darren.
