Elementary classes with the best attendance in the first semester of the year from each city school receive an “Arty Attendance Party” as a free incentive-based field trip to Quinlan Visual Arts Center. The reward is part of the Partners in Education program between the arts center and the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce.
