Thompkins named All-SEC
University of Georgia sophomore Trey Thompkins was named to the 2010 Coaches’ All-Southeastern Conference team on Tuesday.

REMERTON — Officials in Lowndes County say Zach Mettenberger, a candidate for Georgia's starting quarterback job, has been released on bond after being arrested in a south Georgia bar.
