For the Glovers, owners of Glo-Crest Dairy and Mountain Fresh Creamery in Clermont, dairy farming isn’t just about the milk anymore. Scott Glover, a fourth-generation dairy farmer, and his wife, Jennifer Glover, started their own dairy in 2000, then started bottling milk in 2011. Their farm has 215 cows milked twice a day, and their creamery sells 15 to 20 flavors of ice cream every month. They also offer tours of the dairy that end at the creamery so people can learn about the whole process, from the cow to the milk jug.
