Troy D. and Willene Glasper and Calvin Maddox, all of Gainesville, announce the engagement of their daughter Ashley Ciara Maddox to Larry Phillip Morrison Jr., son of Larry P. and Frances G. Morrison of Gainesville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of James and Darlene Hemphill, Mattie P. Lott and Pearlie Williams, all of Gainesville.

She is a 2003 graduate of East Hall High School in Gainesville. She is employed as a resource management specialist with LifeSouth Community Blood Center in Gainesville.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Steve Borders, the late Frances Suedale Borders and the late John and Callie Morrison.

He is a 2001 graduate of East Hall High School in Gainesville. He is employed as a finishing operator with Zebra Technologies in Flowery Branch.

The couple plans to wed June 21, 2008, at New Salem Baptist Church in Jefferson.
