NEWSLETTER SIGN UPBrandy M. Cline, 22, of Statham died Saturday afternoon when her car collided with a cement culvert on the shoulder of Ga. 53, said Georgia State Patrol Operator Welborn of the Athens Post.
Cline’s car left the road six miles south of Winder at about 3 p.m. Officials said alcohol did not appear to be involved.
No other information about the wreck was available Sunday.
