Gainesville High students rank high at state literary event and math challenge

Five students from Gainesville High School finished strong at the state literary competition. The competition is sponsored annually by the Georgia High School Association and consists of 11 events ranging from humorous to dramatic interpretations.

Tanger Outlets present check to Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County

presented a check for $1,500 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County for the proceeds from the Kid's Day event at Tanger in the fall. Tanger had partnered with the Boys & Girls Clubs not only to raise money but also to provide a growth opportunity for the members of the club.
