A Georgia State patrolman works the scene of a Dawsonville Highway wreck involving a passenger car and a tractor trailer blocking traffic in the westbound lanes Wednesday afternoon. Traffic in the westbound lanes was detoured to Jay Mountain Road to get past the scene. One person was injured, though not seriously, in the wreck, which happened at about 1:45 p.m near Deepwater Drive.
