Braselton OKs service deals with Hall, Gwinnett counties

BRASELTON - The Braselton Town Council held a brief meeting Monday in which it approved one decision affecting Hall County and two involving Gwinnett.

In its executive session, the council authorized Mayor Pat Graham to finalize negotiations and sign the intergovernmental agreement proposed by Hall County. The agreement will recognize that the county is in compliance with House Bill 489 in respect to sewer service provided to areas in South Hall County.
