Gainesville man arrested for burglary

Investigators with the Hall County Sheriff's Office arrested Travis Charles Bales, 37, of Gainesville in connection with a burglary earlier this week at a residence on Athens Highway in Gainesville. Someone entered the home and stole electronics, which were then pawned at local pawn shops, authorities said. Investigators were able to recover most of the property.
