Arrest made in Barrow County pot-growing operation

Narcotics investigators from the Barrow County Sheriff's Office have arrested and charged Lonnie Jones, 55, of Statham in connection with growing marijuana at his residence.

The sheriff's office received information about Jones manufacturing marijuana, which led to an undercover operation in which narcotics investigators were able to develop enough evidence to obtain a search warrant.
