Georgia TV schedule announced

Georgia's Southeastern Conference Opener against South Carolina will be shown at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 13 on CBS (WGCL-46, WNEG-32).The Bulldogs are 33-22-1 when televised by CBS. They have a 44-14-2 record against the Gamecocks since 1894. Georgia also will appear on ABC (WSB-2) when it visits Arizona State for the first time at 8:13 p.m. Sept. 20 in Tempe, Ariz. The Bulldogs' open their season against Georgia Southern on Aug. 30 in Athens.
