Football has taken Biff Parson to different parts of the globe, but he insists he's always been a Banks County Leopard at heart. Now he's the school's new football coach. On Tuesday, Parson, 34, was hired to coach at Banks County, the same school his father Ronnie guided as football coach from 1979-1988.
