Gainesville-North Hall to pre-sell tickets

Tickets will be on sale this week in the Gainesville High front office for Friday's game against North Hall at City Park. Tickets may be purchased in the school's front office from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday-Friday. Tickets will also be on sale at North Hall's front office from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday.

The Buford High softball team rolled to a 7-1 win against Greater Atlanta Christian on Thursday in Lilburn. Alysha Rudnik had a two-run home run for the Class AA's number one ranked Lady Wolves (12-3, 2-0 Region 6-AA) in the fifth inning. She finished the game 2-for-3 with three RBIs. Chelsie Thomas also added two hits for Buford with a pair of runs scored.
